Sign Up Form

Your Account Information
Select your username and password, both 4 characters length minimum. Use for your username and password alphanumeric values only, spaces or special characters (!@#$%^&*()+|\<>?/:;"') are NOT allowed.

Your Contact Information
We require some form of Contact information. In the event we ever need to contact you by telephone, we request a phone number. You can always edit this information after sign up by clicking Edit Profile link in the left menu of your affiliate account.

The email address you provide for us is very important to your account. It is used for the following services included in your account:
1. Sale notification - every sale you refer sends you a message reporting your commission on that sale.
2. Commission statements - at the beginning of each month you receive an email report.
3. Periodic PrintOnClick Newsletters announcing changes to your PrintOnClick account.
4. For security purposes, we will only honor email request for changes to your account FROM the email address you provide here.

Primary URL is the URL (Internet address) of your website homepage.

Pay To Information
Please put the payee name and the address where your payment will be sent to. Tax Classification is required for US residents.

Select the checkbox if you would like to have links to your website at printonclick.com, including our promotional section Web Galleries.

Select the checkbox to accept our Terms and Conditions.


Payment Plans

We have two payment plans: fee plan and commission plan:

FEE PLAN
You set a fee for any of your images. The fee adds on a top of our base price. In the case of fee applied we pay you the whole fee, but do not pay the commissions from printing cost.

COMMISSION PLAN
We pay you a commission of 10% on sales without fee applied, before order shipping and tax additions, on all orders which are referred through your account.

You get paid monthly, during 14 days after the end of the month, once your commission balance reaches the minimum amount. For affiliates who are being paid by check, the minimum is $10.00. Affiliates who request an International Money Order must accumulate a minimum of $100.00 in commission before we can issue a money order. If you have not met the minimum amount, we will carry your commission balance forward to the next month.


How to Start

Process of making your images printable online includes 4 easy steps:

1.Prepare your source image files.
You need to have high resolution images that work as a direct source of prints and therefore are called source images. If you already have those images, proceed with the next step, otherwise you need to scan your artwork with highest available resolution. Do not confuse source images with low resolution images on your website. Sometimes you can use images on your website as source images but in most cases not.

2.Provide us with your source images.
There are 3 ways you can provide us with your source images:

  • Put your images online on your website. It works if your image files are compressed and not too big in size (less than 3Mb). This method may be unsafe for your copyrights as the images are accessible in the Web. If you intend to avoid this please use one of the other two methods.
  • Upload your images to our server. It works if your image files are compressed in JPG or PNG format. Use left menu link Upload Images. To compress your images you can use one of many imaging software, for example LView Pro.
  • Send us a CD with your images. If your image files are too big in size (more than 3Mb) or not compressed (for example in TIFF format) please send us a CD that contains your images.

    We guarantee that we will not share your images with any third party and will use them only for the orders committed through your affiliate account. Any of your images uploaded or sent to us will be returned to you and deleted from our archives on your first request.

    3.Generate links.
    By clicking Generate Links on your left menu you get into your Link Generator. Instructions how to use this tool see here.

    4.Deploy links on your website.
    Copy the links generated and paste them into your html pages by your thumbnails or images. Then save your documents and upload them to your web server. Test links by clicking them.

    Your Statistics

    VIEW STATISTICS page displays how many times your links have been clicked (CLICKS), the number of sales (for both FEE-APPLIED and COMMISSION plans), the dollar amount of sales, and your commission earned from those sales for the current year (ANNUAL STATS).
    It also contains information about your monthly sales and commissions (MONTHLY STATS). This will keep you up to date on your sales performance for the month and the year, commissions earned, commissions paid, commissions to pay.
    Your PREVIOUS MONTH statistics are always available as well.

    You can see which pages are generating your clicks by clicking VIEW PERFORMANCE link in the left menu..


    Customized Settings

    By clicking link Customize Settings in the left menu of your affiliate account you can customize your appearance as a gallery in our section Web Galleries and print size dimension order how it appears on the ordering page.

    Gallery
    Select the checkbox if you would like to participate in section Web Galleries.
    Specify the name of your gallery.
    Put a description of your gallery (500 characters limit).
    Specify the link to your gallery page.
    Classify your gallery (2 parallel categories).

    Dimension Order
    Select what goes first in print size - width or height.


    Using Link Generator

    Link Generator is a tool designated to create links to prints of your images.

    Fields used:

    source image location -  the way how you provide us with the source image for this print.
    source image URL/file name -  the URL (for online location) or name (for upload or CD location) of the source image.
    thumbnail URL -  the URL of the image thumbnail.
    image name/description -  the name or description of the image how it is displayed on the ordering page.
    fee -  fee in dollars that you set for your image. Fee-applied payment plan will automatically work in the case of non-zero fee.
    image resolution -  source image resolution in ppi (pixels per inch)
    image width -  source image width in pixels.
    image height -  source image height in pixels.
    scale down -  Ratio Print Size:Source Image Size. Use this feature if you would like to decrease your print size.
    canvas by default -  specify canvas to be the default paper type on the order page. Available only for print sizes larger than 18"x12".
